To review U.S. foreign assistance and its role in empowering girls, both for their individual betterment and for the global good, as part of the U.S. Global Strategy to Empower Adolescent Girls, civil society actors collated Congressional reports from the years 2020, 2021, and 2022 and cross-referenced them with the implementation strategy for the U.S. Global Strategy to Empower Adolescent Girls.
